When you use our PDF tools, you upload documents to our servers for processing. These files are temporarily stored only for the duration needed to complete the requested operation. We do not read, analyze, or mine the content of your files for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.

1.2 Usage Data

3. File Retention & Deletion

All uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours of processing completion. We do not retain copies, backups, or archives of your files beyond this period.

3.2 Immediate Deletion

You can request immediate deletion of your files at any time by contacting our support team. We will remove all associated data within 24 hours of your request.

3.3 No Data Mining

We never access the contents of your files for any purpose other than performing the requested operation. We do not use your documents for AI training, data analysis, marketing research, or any other secondary purpose.
